Rack of Lamb

Very tender and "gourmet". Best broiled or grilled like the chops.

Loin Chops

Super moist and fork tender. The "fillet" of lamb. Can be broiled or grilled. Our favorite way is seasoned with garlic, salt, black pepper & rosemary then grilled with a little mesquite for excellent flavor. Chops are sliced THICK - 1-1 1/2"

Whole Leg Roast

A customer favorite. Great for anyone just beginning to try Lamb. Lean & tender and mildly flavored. Best with a little seasoning and oven-baked. Can also be grilled, or cooked in a crock-pot.

Shanks

A "sleeper" favorite. Very popular in braised recipes and so, so good!

Leg Steaks

Cut from leg roast. Leg steak is lean and great for broiling or grilling.

Ground

Our ground lamb is made from select shoulder meat - not misc. cuts - and is lean and tender. We season ours well and grill over a mesquite fire. Also excellent for making a "gyro loaf".
